I just finished putting together a new tech laptop and its 64 bit is their a Vodavi Dispatch software that's 64 bit or am i reformatting and installing 32 bit for the OS
please help

No 64 bit version that I am aware of.

The 32 bit version works, you just can't use the install program. Just install it on a different pc....one with 32 bit XP and copy the folders over to the c: drive of the 64 bit version. You will need to make your own desktop shortcuts however.

that seems to work i do get an error that says "the configured serial port is not valid please choose another port" i am not sure if i am OK or should just go to 32 bit OS

Just pick the correct port. You may have to take a look at the system device manager in the control panel to find out for sure which is the correct one.
