Now that things are up and running at a satisfactory level I am being asked to provide call accounting reports, just basic stuff like number of calls, busiest time of day etc.
What I am looking for is a piece of software that will read the cdr files that the uc exports and give me some reports.
Nothing fancy just some simple reporting. I cannot at this time create my own.
Any suggestions, other then going into 1000 files individually with excel?
Thanks
Brian

Tapit NOVA from Trisys will work fine with Cisco. It's not cheap, but it can generate nearly any report you can think of.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.

How bad is "Its not cheap"?
We talking thousands here?
Of course I cannot find any pricing anywhere.
