Does AdvanceIP SWv4.20Y and TVSe SWv44.57 enable full integration of Polycom Soundpoint IP 560 SIP stations? If so, is there specific firmware and BootRom levels required for the Polycoms to work? This situation is for remote users to integrate into the phone system as if they were onsite. We are not interested in using the Avanti 3015IP stations as we already have the Polycom stations. Thanks in advance.

TVSe should be 44.59 thats all I know. Any other info isnt a Telrad issue it's a Polycom setting. I assume you have SIP station licenses on the Telrad?

Understood. Just wondering if anyone has tried using Polycom SIP stations with Telrad v4.2. We do not have SIP licenses, not even v4.2 as we are thinking of upgrading from 3.13, but there is no point for us unless v4.2 has the ability to integrate SIP stations like Avanti stations. I know that Polycom Soundpoint IP 550/560s are very open architecture and used by numerous platforms so I assume they would be good candidate for integrating with v4.2.
