Is it possible to put the toggle the phones on and off remotely. Either by dialing into the software or by dialing into the admin features?

Both systems by default have no way of doing this. There was or maybe still is a program called Night Mode Manager that you might want to look into.

There is a way to accomplish this using Remote Station Forwarding but it would require a bit of reprogramming.

In 5.2 and above connect w/ Session Manager and enable On-Line Monitor, go to System>Flags. There you can toggle Night mode, but I have found that to fail on occasion.

Thanks for the replies. I am dialed into the system now and I do not see that feature in the flag section under system.

I could be wrong, but if you set up a DISA line, you can dial internal feature codes like Night Mode.

To enable on-line monitor go to view and online monitor.
