I have a softphone on an OS7200. The softphone connects fine, and I'm able to dial internal 4 digit ext numbers. However, when I dial 9 for outside access and the number, the softphone displays INVALID NUMBER. I have played with the modem setting (control panel) and I cant seem to get this to work. ANY suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi RollOUT,
If you right-click your OfficeServ Communicator (softphone) and go to configuration, dialing rules. You should just have a 9 for access code for local calls and long distance calls and nothing for carrier codes.
Then in your phone system, 2.5.5 Hot Line should be blank for that phone.
Also, you should have LCR on and set up correctly and in Numbering Plan Feature Codes 9 should be set to LCR, etc.
Let me know if you're able to check the above.
Danke
