A few weeks ago I installed a PRI card, combo card in a 0x32 running version 7 xc software. IP Flex from at and t is splitting between max of 10 voice calls and internet access. I am routing DID digits to various target lines and have set the Prime set as the extension that the DID digits route to.
My customer reported that they are getting lots of blank voicemail recordings after hours and during business hours they are seeing caller id inbound but cannot hear the caller. Occasionally they report a call in progress that is okay for a few minutes but then the lose the inbound audio.
I suspect slips or frame errors (timing issues) but also wonder if I should turn on trunk supervision.

First thing to do is have AT&T put a 24 watch on the circuit and have the customer log ANY call that went south so they can compare notes.

Put one call on hold and hang up. If the lcd goes out, (probably) the circuit is watching it.

I don't honestly know if trunk supervision is for analog only but it should't hurt to turn it on.

The AT&T IP Flex is a SIP setup handing off to PRI. Wish you luck on getting this resolved!

Bring in the salesman that sold this "solution" and let him use his commission to replace the system with a new, different system.
