Customer has a DX120--3 lines--4 phones and a VM. They are somewhat being shut down and will only be in the office for two days a week. During the time that they are NOT there, they want the lines "CallForwarded" to another office's main line. They don't want to go there physically and do that--but rather have it done automatically on a schedule.
Any ideas?? I think it would be rather simple to callforward the lines when you leave and to take callforward off when you get to the office----but maybe I'm just not seeing something.

The 120 with VM will do what you ask! The VM will actually do a conference. I set up a customer like this several years ago just prior to them opening up in their new place and it bridged the gap until they moved in several days later. There were no trans.txt mods only key link and 120 mods. The setup must be AA answer.

Yes that will work. With only 3 lines will only be able to forward one call at a time unless they have centrex

If they have Centrex or a Call Transfer feature on the lines, there is a way to make voicemail transfer using that instead of the system conference.
Another option might be to add Remote Access to Call Forward on the lines they want to forward, so they can do it remotely. Some carriers offer that feature. Verizon is one that doesn't, at least not around here.

Thanks for the input. I called customer yesterday and they are going to call Frontier (their carrier)and see if "Remote Access to Call Forward"---or something like that---is available. If not, we'll see about programming the VM to do a Conf call. I'll have to pull out the book over the weekend.
