Using ONS integration on an EL, do I call forward the stations to the speed dial bin I have created for sending digit strings, etc.?

Yes, you should, otherwise the information does not get to the VM system and you would only hear the main greeting. If you have Feature level 3 or 4 you can set up the SC in form 19.
