I have a Toshiba switch that is causing me problems. The processor is a B5 with AU software. The problem is there are two PRI circuits. The original one is AT&T and the other is Earthlink. The Earthlink PRI was installed in February and I had no problems since then. Starting mid November, the Earthlink PRI had clicking noise and would drop calls while the AT&T PRI would lock-up with a message when calling it "all circuits are busy". Dialing #7XXX, a line number from the AT&T circuit, would give me a busy signal. I switched the PRI cards around with the same results. I do notice that when I make the AT&T clock primary (cabinet 3 slot 1) and the system goes crazy, the primary clock changes to Earthlink (cabinet 2 slot 1). I changed the processor with the same results. Whats next?

What have you done in terms of contacting Earthlink & AT&T to have them put an event monitor on both the circuits?
This is not, I believe, a Toshiba programming problem but a provider problem where you need both of them monitoring at the same time.
