I'm having trouble with a install i did overseas , Timor ( only an hour flight from Darwin, Australia.) All went well with the PRI service install however we can not dial into it from over seas , I can call the new DDI PRI service from either a land line or a mobile from with in Timor however when I got back to Australia I can not ring that DDI !! I'm sure this has to do with Timor Telecom , I got the customer to set 10-02-01 to 670 for me ( not sure what relevance that has on "Incoming calls" ) the system has PSTN trunks as well .. I can call them just fine ??? I'm certain this has to do with the local provider some how blocking inbound international calls !!!! .. any thoughts / experiences ???

Just to be clear:
In Timor, you can call Timor; In Timor, you can call Oz; In Oz, you cannot call Timor? I'm going to say that either a TelCo on the Oz end or the Timor end is blocking international calls, OR, there is an international access dialing code that you are not inserting.
Test the Telco in Oz by dialing some other number in Timor. If the call completes, the Oz end is not the problem. Call the TelCo in Timor and confirm that international calls are accepted, and that you are dialing correctly.
