Has anybody had conversation record just stop working on a 28i with 2 port NVM 2e. It was working and now says " conversation record rejected " Ports are idle without any other problems.

Obvious places to look are COS but if it just stopped working....
Any chance it is being recorded into another mailbox? and THAT one is full?

This "conversation record rejected" message. Does this appear in the display of the phone or is it something voice mail sends out? Just trying to narrow it down to either unit.
