I have inherited a customer with a Win440ct. When I enter bkup I have 5 options, 1.files list display 2. system data backup 3. file delete 4. Smart media format 5. Custom memory save. I choose 2 and am able to save a dat file to the memory card. According to documentation the programming can be reloaded using the same bkup command but gives no details. I've gone through all other commands and can't find anything for reload/restore.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. We have a ton of docs on these but I had put the smart media guide somewhere else as it had 96ct/48ct in the title and I thought it wouldn't apply to the 440ct. Found the part on offline mode and we're good to go.

Thanks again.
