Hi,
I have a reclaimed Strata DK40 and currently 4 DKT2010-SD connected to the system, system was already programmed (I just changed a few settings), on one of the phones, the top of the display has SENT 15F (and a few other HEX numbers after that). It works fine, but I have no idea what that means and how to get rid of it so it will display it's programmed name.
Thanks,
Kevin

That phone left ext 15 a msg. Call ext 15 from that phone and then dial "77". Or go to ext 15, press the intercom button and dial #409.

Thank you so much for your help, I figured that the other numbers I had on there were for other extensions (which I didn't have), so I just changed one phone's logical port to match what I needed it, and got rid of all those messages.
Again thank you for your help, very appreciated!
Kevin
