how do you get the vodavi sts back up after a power outage and the internal battery is dead. i know there are some steps that require the 8switch to be set in a certain position. just don't know all the steps

I have a similar issue. Vodavi STS Cabinet battery is dead and i have replaced with another older vodavi STS cabinet. System is ok for now. But Auto Attendant Feature is not working and the phone just rings. Could you give me some guide line how to restore as is? I have a backup data.

You will most likely need to pay for a tech either on site or over the phone. Reprogramming an STS from default requires someone very familiar with the system.
