Commshark Member Joined: Feb 2017 Posts: 55 Baltimore, MD	Hello Everyone, I am trying to record a new aa greeting for a customer and when I press option 2 to change the greeting I hear "Function failed to complete" If I press option 1 I can hear the previously recorded greeting. I have tried deleting the AA 1 and recreating it and the old greeting is still there and I get the same message for option 2. I have also tried creating an entirely different AA with the same result for changing the greeting. Any ideas? Thanks www.commshark.com
