Hi, guys.....long-time client bought a small office building with 2 tenants. They share a Triad 3. 2 DS, 1 SLT, 1 T1, 1 CO, 1 MPB and 1 MISU on board. Tenant 1.... All inbound-outbound traffic thru T1. All inbound is DID with routing thru ICLID tables. All extension numbers 2XX Tenant 2... All lines POTS(4). Routing thru line ringing assignment. All extension numbers 3XX. The problem: Several times a week, inbound calls for tenant 2 ring at tenant 1 phones. Tenants 1 and 2 not happy. I have looked at all line and DID assignments, extension parameters, line attributes yadda yadda. Exchange number for tenants completely different from one another. I am running real-time trace and have recorded an incident today...trouble is, not sure if I am correctly interpreting data.....can you men help? Can send trace file... Thanks. Start with confirming that day night and special are correct. Then check any presets. There are other parameters that will default calls to the attendant station. I presume it is the attendant that is getting these calls?
