HI! I have changed Hard drive with Nortel refurb hard drive , problem is the voicemail boxes show 3 digit DN and the telephone are 4 digit DN , i think i was suppose to just replace hard drive and restart hard drive and enter keycodes , but i re initialized, every thing is okay except the mail boxes didn't follow the telephone extentions , i have tried a reboot but didn't help.Do i have to go into the bcm with the serial port and make a change there ?? If so, were?? Thanks for any help.
