I have a 3 site ShoreTel installation that is having a 911 issue at one of the sites. If I dial 911, the SG-30 selects the only trunk in the trunk group (used for back up)dials 911, the call starts to ring. While the call is ringing into the 911 dispatch center, I hear a very loud high pitch squeal. I can talk to the 911 dispatch (in the backround as squeal is very loud) verifying that the CID information is correct. If I dial 9,911 it again selects the only trunk in the TKGP, and audio is fine without any issues. I did take the line away from the ShoreTel SG-30 and had no issues while using a test set. Any thoughts/suggestions would be greatly appreciated !
