Our receptionist is having an issue with her phone automatically picking up calls and putting them on speaker.
If I call her extension, it automatically answers, and puts it on speaker.
Where would I disable that feature?

That's called Handsfree. Go to her fone and dial 'Infinity Key', 319. The screen on the fone should read 'Handsfree Mode Off'.
