Our attendant console lost all the entries for Voice mail only entries.
It picks up any new mail box I add, but will not pick up older pre-existig mailboxes.
I can take off the option to pull the info from the phone system and add people manually, but this doesn't seem like the best option. The people added manually are lost if a do a refresh from the phone system. Please let me know if there is anyway I can pull the info back into the system.
Thank you.

Attendant Console integration w/ the voicemail boxes is super shaky. You can still transfer calls directly to voicemail if you disable the 'Get Mailbox Info' flag. If that's all you need then I would suggest turning that flag off.

Thanks for the quick reply.
Here is the whole story on my end. We have 3 offices. Main office axxess system is at. (all digital devices) 2 remote locations hooked to main office by point to point T1s. The 2 remote office all phones are IP phones. We have 3 attended consoles. (1 at each office). The main office till this point have every Mailbox listed in the ACs. The 2 remote office has never pulled the old mailboxes (pre phone upgrade around March) but every time I add a new mailbox the 2 remote locations will add it to the ACs. Today the problem just got worse on the Main office AC. I unchecked the flag, did a refresh. This removed all the mailboxes. Then I checked it back after the loss of all mailboxes, did system refresh again. Now the main office AC only shows the added mailboxes that had been added after the system upgrade in March. (ie I have lost over 100 mailboxes listed in the AC.) We are a real estate office so 90% of our mailboxes are unassociated mailboxes so we really need to be able to have them listed in the ACs. Sence there isn't an extention to transfer to.
HELP please
David Hill

Attendant Console is supposed to allow you to see all the MB's on a system, I just haven't had any luck getting this to work consistantly. Inter-Tel tech support will just tell you that yer voicemail database is corrupt, delete the mailboxes and re-create; a bunch of hooey. I tell customers that the feature is not supported. You could create a phantom for each non-associated mailbox, then they would showup in the s/w.

Well problem fixed.
A little more history. About 3 months ago we did all the 2nd and 3rd site upgrades to IP phones added IPRCs and 2nd cabinet. This was also a software upgrade. Anyways all the mailboxes that were added before software upgrade wouldn't show up on the 2 and 3 site Attendant Consoles. Then after unchecking the flag that Superfoneguy talked about and losing all the per software upgrade mailboxes in the ACs and talking things over with my installer. We decided the only ways to get them to show back in the ACs was to delete the mailboxes created with the older version of software and recreate them. I start this tonight at 5:30. About 1/4 way through the adds. I noticed I had some duplicate entries in my spreadsheet I keep up the DID to mailbox list with. So I saved the dBase with the 1/4 finished work and restored pre deletetion dbase back. Just for kicks I checked the ACs and all the mailboxes were listed now.
So sounds like if you have this problem save the current dbase the restore it back. Not sure why it worked but it did.
Thanks all for your help and I think it’s awesome for a public forum like this to talk to and get advice.

Well, I'm glad that worked, but I stll have 20+ seats of Attendant Console in production that don't show most mailboxes ever. Inter-Tel has no explanation and this is happening across several of my company's markets. Luckily, these customers either don't want or care that the mailboxes don't show up, but it is gonna happen. If anyone has any advice, I'd be forever grateful...
