Can I set up an extension to enable pre-defined call forward on another extension? This company wants the receptionist to be able to call forward the bosses phone when he requests it from offsite but she has no access to his office. So it would need to be done on her phone.

Can she do it via the programing console? If I remember right there was 2 lower level passwords. One of them would let you change names and that one might be able to gain access to that program to change call forward locations.

Yikes! No way would I unleash a person on the console. Many bad things can happen.
