I need to reset directory settings for company extentions. This is for the directory when the automatic attendant answers at night and caller has option to enter last name to find extention. I didn't set it up the first time and I can't find the instructions in any manual. Thanks in advance for your help

The letters associated to each user's name is in each individual mailbox. You will have to got to each mailbox and press option 7-7-6 to get to the directory setup. Page 19: https://www.chickasawtel.com/pdf/manuals/elitemailug.pdfD
