This may be exactly what will work, 6170 will be forwarding back to the what I call the Hub with prefix '1'. or hunt group 1453 HG3. Thanks Derrik. We want overflow to the hunt group for a back up in case both wholesale guys are away or busy. So Hunt group 1453 is 5 guys more likely to always answer the calls in queue. Another thing I might try in case this post where to help someone else facing this is try the 800 folks to ring both nodes from one inbound call, so I could forward these did's from their respective native nodes.

THank you,
Mike

Hey ED, after reading this again you just gave me an idea. Remote site 6 in the 6000 group at this location feeds 12 voip phones of group 6. I was just following logic to add this voip phone to the same group. Since this is a voip phone I could move it to the first node in node 1 and use a 1000 series assingment. Then I could ring 1118 and 11whatever. Wont have to concern with forwarding to the 6grp that way. When you stated I thought this was a voip phone. Turned on the light for me!

Thanks
Mike

We may not always have the answers, but sometimes bouncing ideas around lights a flame. Best wishes for putting this together.

Mike:

Derrick and I are avid fans of the XTS and we speak quite regularly about what a powerful system it is. Like I said, we might not always have the exact answer, but we both have so many of them to support that we are always being approached with new situations to overcome. We'd appreciate any input that you have in your quest as well.
