If you are running anything less than 8.6.1 on your UC box, check your flash storage usage and upgrade before you run out of space. I got hit with this and lost all of our voicemails More info here: https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3833195The scary part of this is how many of these boxes are installed in small businesses without any sort of knowledgeable IT staff on hand. Hiring outside help to fix a busted box and upgrade would be quite costly. How many of them regularly back up their voice mails too? Probably near zero.

This one bit me as I was walking out of the office for Christmas vacation. I literally had my hand on the door when I heard "Hey I cannot get into my voicemail"
8.5 hours later the entire voicemail/auto attendant system had been rebuild from scratch as none of the backups would take with the required upgrade of the software. Needless to say I was not a happy camper.
Did not know about this bug though. I thought it was just a quirk with all the changes going on. Not that it makes me feel any better.
Thanks for the link.
