EC Edge is at V1.5 and I have the only access. Over the weekend we had a station completely disappear from the telephone aspect, the voicemail box is still there and working fine but besides the station disappearing from Station ssignments it also is gone from MCG and any/all DSS/BLF key it use to be on. we are using the 9 line displays so the name that was typed in is also gone.
I looked at a couple of log files but with TSD closed for MLK today not real sure what I'm looking for or at.
Bug or glitch?
Anyone have this happen to them? or have any ideas on why this happened?
