have norstar mics release ? hooked up to a flash mail 2.0 -- don't need the auto attendant to answer any thing just the mail boxes to work-- have lines assigned to sets appear and ring- fwd sets to voice mail port-- when an incoming line rings it is answered by voice subscribers box and this is random- 221 some times 222 - 223- and down the line not same box each time what did I program wrong or miss? just need mail boxes to work don't need auto attendant mail boxes have been set up and initialized

"Call Forward - No Answer" should be off, or if it on for someone, definately NOT go to the Flash DN.

True....then it must the DRT settings. Boost them up.
