My complication now is I’m using ACD, and in the setup of a queue I’m trying
Initial Announcement (wait time + Callback option), so I am using it and it works fine all the way to transferring the call with the agent to the callback number it hangs up. In the voice assistant event log it doesn’t show an error or nothing but it does act as if it hasn’t done its job because after it hangs up on the transfer it calls right back to try to complete it again. All I can think which I'm probably wrong is my Centrex XFR Feature Code is wrong in VA which is probably what it uses when it does transfer its set at 330 right now.
