Can you send an inbound FAX call to e-mail on both the SVMi-20E and SVMi-20i? I notice that there is now a FAX License for the 20i. Where does the FAX get converted to a Tiff file?

You can. On the 20E you have to have a fax VPM. On the 20i you have to get a fax license.
The conversion happens inside the voicemail card itself.
