I recently added a new phone to our system. I did not mess with the voice processor at all. One user here has like 27 saved messages. When he tries to play them it says the message length, like for instance 59 seconds. It begins to play the message, but nothing is played and it ends after a second, even though it states that it's 59 seconds long.
Is there a way to recover these messages for him??
Thanks!

Is this an AxxessoryTalk unit? If so go into AvdapMon and when you attempt to play the message, look at the recording number that is playing. Write that number down for future reference.
Send me an email address where I can send you an .exe file and I'll send you a program that will convert the file from at .r24 ro a .wav file. Then you can listen to it. After that, you can delete the message from the box.
Just one other thought. Have you considered trying to "Forward a copy of the message" to another box?

Thanks, I'll give that last option a shot. I'll keep you posted.
Thanks again.
