i need to have a ring group on a samsung dcs with a svmi-8 to drop to a specific mailbox when the next group timer is reached. ie.group 501, member's 201,202,203 the the next group is vmgroup 529, i need it to go straight to vmbx 201. It has been several years since we have had to do any programming for this customer.
i have some vague notes about :go to forward station put group go to mbx. i don't remember where that program area is located. is in the dcs or voice mail?
