Hi,
Could anyone tell me how to block directory service (411) from lazy users who can't get out a phone book?
We have an Axxess System.

Yes you can. Go into SCOS and you can set up groups/extensions. You can define Operator Access, Toll Access, International, Local, Denied Numbers, Allowed Numbers, etc.
