Is there a way to disable the privacy feature on a strata dk 40?

whats the privacy feature? you meen presing 1 after the extn number ? i dont think so

I have a customer that wants to monitor calls but doesn't want to spend a lot of money for additional equipment. I am looking for a simple fix for them if there is one available
