i have a user who has setup call screening and when an incoming call rings the caller is asked to say their name as expected. however, the call then immediately rings the users extension and doesnt give them the opportunity to accept or reject the call. anyone out there know what may be missing in my setup to allow this to work as intended? any hint or help would be greatly appreciated, especially by this particular user!

the recipient isn't even presented with that option. the call just rings right through without an opportunity to accept or reject.

i seem to have gotten it to work by removing the 'H' from the extension # field in strategy admin. i'm not sure if that has any other repercussions though.

Yes.. the H means hang up. That is used for non-supervised transfer. Other than possibly having to run GetTones you should be all set.
