We have an NEC Aspire with a PRI, and each extension on the system has their own DID.
A couple days ago, all the DIDs started to ring at the receptionist desk, I reset the system 2 times and it was back to normal, resetting it once didn't help. The individual phones still worked fine and everyone is able to dial out.
This same issue cropped up again today, and it had to be reset a few more times before the system was back to normal.
Nothing has been added or changed on the system in any way and all the DID programming looks intact. Any suggestions?

Is somebody changing the Mode? If your DID's are not programmed for multiple modes they might stop working. A reset takes you back to mode 1.

I doubt it, we have a Day and Night mode, which is set via buttons on the receptionist phone, they don't have access to any other mode.
Can the mode be checked via the Web interface?

I'm assuming you're talking about 11-10-35 (DID Mode Switching? That option is cleared out.
How can I check the current mode next time it happens in case it is somehow triggering?

Any of the 8 operating modes other than Day mode should display on the phones. ( Unless someone has programmed it not to)When you are in Night mode, it should say Night on the phone displays.
Phone modes can be changed by dialing a service code - it is possible someone is inadvertanly dialing the service code to put the phone system into an unprogrammed mode - which would route all the incoming DIDs to the operator extension by default.
Or perhaps, the system is getting ready to fail........
