I have been working with a customer that has multiple sites. Each site is on a virtual network allowing me to set up networking between systems via the private IP addresses. The systems talk to each other just fine but the soft phones have no audio. I can connect to the systems with their public IP addresses but still no audio. anyone have an idea as to the cause or where I should look?

So if you try to set up a Softphone in the outside world it has no audio.
If you set it to Public with Private, then the VPN networked between sites has no audio but the outside Softphones do?

set system to private with public and add all the systems IP's in the Private IP List.
