I just started working at a new office, and we have the Inter-Tel 5000. They have been having a 114 error after every reboot. The dynamic memory gets full, and is our reason for rebooting constantly. Another problem is that the voicemail doesn't always work right. Sometime employees have to unplug their phone, then plug it back in to check it.

Please let me know if anyone has any ideas here. I'm new to this phone system, and it's all a bit confusing at this time. Thanks.

Alarm 114 is a T1 alarm. This is normal during reboot, as the circuit needs to synch back up with the system.

As to the dynamic memory problem, do a search on this forum for Alarm 112. You will find several suggestions.
