They do not have a manned office, need to provide travel and event info to callers, and would like to have specific calls sent to individual members of their board of directors. This service seems to do it all, but because it's new and untried, they'd like to hear from someone who has used it.

We used to use Volo Recovery. But, I believe that is more for a emergency backup type system.
