I managed to get this working following your advice. Now they have been changed to a different SIP server. Incoming is absolutely fine, but they cannot make outgoing calls as they used to via 8
This worked with previous IP (registration)
8N; dial N"@194.123.80.43"
This adjusted entry on short codees fails (it shows in system status that a line is seized, and monitor shows it is sending INVITE message). This is on trusted IP
8N; dial N"@91.146.112.10"
I assume there is something amiss with the new SIP server?
