Hi All,
I have a 200 ICP that I need to have Direct CO Access on about 5 phones. The keys on the phones are all working fine but it is not forwarding to the AA like it should if no one answers. I have the rerouting table set to go to the VM main number. It worked fine when the keys on the phones were setup as CO Line instead of Direct Trunk Access. Has anyone run into this before?
