Have a 7030 4.46e connected to a 7200 4.46d by SPNet Is it possible to overflow a group ringing at site A to ring a group at Site b? I can call all extensions and groups manually, and call forwarding on extensions and virtuals goto site b but cant figure how to overflow a group to site B, if possible.
I have currently setup all calls to ring reception directly (DID) with a noanswer call forward but this is not ideal as the customer wants 3 phones to ring on incoming calls then overflow to site b if not answered.

I have this working on a 7100 linked to a 7200 via spnet, actually going both ways. I don't remember having to do anything special, other than setting up a unique group number in the network dial plans of each switch, and plugging that # into the overflow position. You can't use call forwarding to do this.

You need to put the group numbers for the remote site into the NLCR table.
Then put the remote group in as the next port destination, and set your overflow destination

Well looks like i had everything correct at both ends but the 7030 wasnt overflowing even locally, so did a restart and all good.
Sometimes its the simple things...
