I have a customer with a PCM paging system. It's made by bogan but it has a Avaya name plate. The problem is we changed phone systems and the old interface was a unused trunk port, now it is a analog extension. I changed the DIP switchs for the proper setting but when I plug the extension in it goes off hook, then when you try to page it is busy. Could it be a bad TIM card?

I think you have the DIP switch set incorrectly. Everything except S6 is set to off. Connect to the TEL LINE jack.
