I have a customer with an IDS 228 Eclipse ver. 3.0
They have an ACD group built and ACD queue keys on several phones. If a call comes in to the ACD groups the keys light up to show there is a call in the group. From what I can find in the documents users should be able to press their queue key or dial 47 plus the 2 digit group number to pick the call. SWhen I try it with either the key or the code I just get fast busy and can't pick up the call.
Pick ring ACD call is set to yes in the M screen.

What else needs to be done to make this work??

Thanks

Use a subcode of 1 + the two-digit queue number i.e. 101 for queue 01
