Hi Everyone,
We have a Toshiba CTX-100 with Toshiba DKT-3210-SD phones. Our current CRM system can link via TAPI, but I am not sure the requirements of our PBX to do this. Can anyone share some info on how TAPI works with the Toshiba CTX-100?
