Is it possible to set a users mailbox to unlimited. The owner doesn't do a very good job cleaning up voicemail and hit the 80% mark. He is asking to increase the mailbox.

Is this possible? I can't seem to find anything that has features for mailbox size.

Depending on the system most have it in the mailbox settings in Programming

assuming it's a 5K or 7.2 or later Axxess

Voice Processor/Devices/Mailbox XXX/Message Limits

setting is by the minute default is 30..... careful not to overload the system. I set users that record to no more than 90 minutes and have those boxes set to e-mail. That keeps them from holding so many on the phone system
