Im having a small issue. I am trying to send calls to the AA, then to a UCD group after the caller selects thier option. I have created UCD group (420) and included all the members. I have changed the routing for pressing a button to that particular UCD group, but when I try to go to that particular UCD group from a call, it says, Im sorry that was an invalid extension. Is there something I have to change in the transfer field? THanks in advance.

Hi,
You need to make a mailbox for the ucd group. Hav e the transfer type be blind
