I have a desk phone that when I call an outside company and get their main greeting of the company the phone will not let me use my keypad to dial the extension of the party. It works with other desk phone but this one in particular will not let me. Any ideas how I can get this phone to do this

Fire up DB Studio and go to System\Timers and Limits\DTMF Digit Duration/Pause. Change this to 100 then giver 'er a try...

It seems you have this fixed, but did you try defaulting the station?
