Using an Inter-Tel Axxess system here.
Our call center manager uses the Reporter Real Time software application (version 3.30.0005) and one of the problems is that the tiles will randomly jump off the window for no reason at all!!!
You have to click the tile icon at the top of the screen and then click Yes on the question box that pops up "Are you sure you want to re-position the tiles?". This is very annoying and a nuisance for anyone working in the call center.
This happens whether or not the software is installed on 32-bit Windows XP or 64-bit Windows 7... so it's not tied down to a particular operating system.
Anyone have a fix or know of a particular option in this software to prevent the tiles from jumbling off screen?

If the user closes the application with the window minimized, the tiles may not be in their proper position when the application is opened again. If the application is closed with the window open, the positioning will remain the next time the application is opened.
This does not happen all of the time. However, instruct them not to close the application with the window minimized.
