We have it setup for the incoming calls to ring to the VM AA in form 55. If you choose to dial 0 the front desk does ring but if they don't pick up after about 14 seconds it sends it mailbox 0 witch has about 50 messages and it is full. I know thier is a way to get this to stop happening but I can't find it.

nevermind I just figured it out. I forgot I had a sub attendant prorammed in form 9 and was following that tennant progrmming.
