Has anyone attempted to set up voice mail to email on the SBX? If so, how difficult was it and do you have any tips?

It's not terribly difficult.
Just make sure you're on the most recent release of software/PCAdmin to make the configuration easier. Configure all of the settings for the individual extensions, but don't forget to enable Email Notification in the VM COS. Pounded my head against a desk for a couple hours troubleshooting why it wouldn't work...3 minute call to support for the VM COS setting resolved the issue.
