How do I get a station to directly ring another station when I pick up the handset. This is for a common area where the user would pick up the handset and it would ring the operator without any other user intervention. Is this even possible? Thanks.

This feature is called hotline and it's programmed with prime intercom. The normal setting is for the station in question meaning 115=115 but that can be changed to any other station like 115=225. When 115 goes off hook it will ring 225. OK!
